Only had one key for the car and had been meaning to get a spare sorted for ages. He explained what was involved and got the second key programmed and working. I checked both keys before he left and all was fine. Nice guy to deal with, would use again.

My car hadn’t been used for over a year and I needed help getting into it. Joao came out and unlocked it, but also helped by jump starting it and changing the key battery. Told me to top up the coolant and let the engine run for a while as well. Really appreciated the extra help. Very happy with the price and I’ve saved his number.

The key on my Transit Custom was getting harder to turn and was becoming unusable. He knew what the problem was and talked me through the cylinder replacement and getting the new keys programmed. Had the van up and running in under an hour. I also asked about a few other things with the van and he pointed me in the right direction. Decent fella, very reasonable for the work done.
